Returns & Cancellations Policy
Eligibility for Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

Condition of Items

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all original labels, components, and accessories included.

Any item showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage (including odors, stains, or scratches) will not be accepted.

Items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or negligence are not eligible for return or refund.

Excluded Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products such as personal care items, undergarments, earrings, cosmetics, or any item that comes into contact with skin cannot be returned once opened or used.

Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.

Items reported after this period will not be considered for replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed by us, upon inspection, to be defective or incorrect.

We do not accept parcels sent “Return to Sender.” Please contact us first to receive the correct return address.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival, and processing may take up to 7 working days. Only items meeting all requirements will be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once processing or shipping begins, we cannot cancel your order.

If you wish to cancel after this period, you may still return the item following the return procedure above once it arrives.
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Orders in Transit
As our products are shipped internationally (from Asia), delivery times may vary.
Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered in transit and cannot be cancelled.
You may still return the item after receiving it if it meets our return criteria.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.

Shipping fees and additional delivery costs (e.g. express shipping) are non-refundable.

We do not issue refunds for items lost or returned without authorisation.

Refunds are only granted after our inspection confirms the item meets all return conditions.
If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your own expense.
EU Consumer Rights Notice
Under EU law, consumers purchasing online have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, allowing them to return an item for any reason.
However, this right does not apply to:

Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Personalised or custom-made products.
All other returns must comply with the conditions outlined above.

We aim to handle all returns and refunds fairly, but we also reserve the right to protect our business from misuse.
Returns that do not meet our criteria, or that are sent without authorisation, will not be accepted.
